Newly minted 'richest female musician' Taylor Swift is using her platform for good once again, donating $5 million to the relief efforts currently underway in the wake of Hurricanes Helene and Milton. The organization thanked Swift via social media for "standing with us in the movement to end hunger and helping communities in need," while imploring others to join if they are able.

Feeding America CEO Claire Babineaux-Fontenot added, “We're incredibly grateful to Taylor Swift for her generous $5 million donation... This contribution will help communities rebuild and recover, providing essential food, clean water, and supplies to people affected by these devastating storms. Together, we can make a real impact in supporting families as they navigate the challenges ahead. Thank you, Taylor, for standing with us in the movement to end hunger and for helping communities in need.”

Taylor joins other high-profile artists looking to lend a helping hand, including Dolly Parton who donated $5 million, and Metallica’s $100,000 All Within My Hands donation.

Additionally, a 135-song Hurricane Relief album is now available for purchase, plus Luke Combs, Eric Church, and more will be taking part in the Concert For Carolina on Saturday, October 26 at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, NC to benefit various organizations aiding in relief efforts.
