Longtime host Pat Sajak is currently in his swan song season running episodes of “Wheel of Fortune,” but cohost Vanna White could see the Sajak family continuing to be involved with the game show.
Maggie Sajak, Pat’s daughter, joined the show as a social media correspondent in 2021 and has filled in for White in previous episodes.
“I think she’s a good replacement if I can’t be there for some reason,” White told E! about Maggie stepping in. “She’s been around it her whole life, so I think she can fill in for me for sure.”
Maggie even made her first appearance on “Wheel” when she was just a baby.
“She’s precious, she’s beautiful, she’s very good,” White continued. “I think she learned a lot from her father because he’s such a good interviewer.”
While Pat Sajak will be leaving his host position, he will stick with the show for three more years as a consultant.
Ryan Seacrest will take over hosting duties for the show as well as acting as a producer.
After months of contract negotiations this year, White signed on to continue hosting with Seacrest through the 2025-26 show season.
