CLAYTON, Mo. (KMOX) — The man accused in November's deadly attack at the Catholic Supply store makes another court appearance.

KMOX's Brett Blume was in the courtroom, where Thomas Bruce showed no emotion during Wednesday morning's hearing. He also chatted amiably with his attorney before his next court date was preliminarily set for mid-March.

However, that date will likely not happen because a grand jury is expected to step in prior to that date and likely alter the timeline for the case. Attorneys on both sides seemed to indicate that would likely happen.
