ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – The internet is having some fun today with former St. Louis Rams head coach Jeff Fisher, and his infamous win-loss record. But some people believe today is not the correct date to celebrate his historically awful win-loss record.

— Willie Springer (@WillieSTL) July 9, 2019Fisher, the former head coach of the St. Louis Rams, Tennessee Titans and Houston Oilers is just one career loss short of the most NFL losses of all-time. But it's his season-by-season record that matters here.
His special day could also be on August 8, because of how many times his teams finished 8-8 in a regular season. Five times to be exact.
Today is 8/8.Happy National Jeff Fisher Day everyone. pic.twitter.com/DaQd0S2lV1
— Louie Del Rio (@LouieFOXIL) August 8, 2017St. Louis should probably celebrate in July, since two of his four seasons in St. Louis ended at 7-9. And it almost happened in the 2012 season too, but the Rams were able to tie one game for a 7-8-1 record.
Happy Jeff Fisher Day!
