(KMOX) — Two artists installed teeter-totters along the Southern U.S. border in New Mexico to create a binational playground.
Ronald Rael, an architecture professor at the University of California, Berkeley, and Virginia San Fratello, an associate professor of design at San Jose State University developed the idea back in 2009.
Ten years later, the idea has come to fruition in Sunland Park, New Mexico — across the border wall from Ciudad Juárez, Mexico.
