ST. LOUIS (KMOX) — A change is coming to this year's Big Muddy Blues Festival on Laclede's Landing.
Local Blues greats like Big George Brock and Marquise Knox will still be there ... but the event will be held on just one day instead of the traditional three.
Seven bands will play from 2 until 11 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 31.
A spokesperson says the construction on the landing and the high river levels earlier this year, made it a challenge to secure acts.
There will be a $5 minimum donation at the gates, but you will receive a $5 drink coupon to use during the festival.
