It's official hockey fans, the Blues and Winnipeg Jets will meet each other in the first round of the 2019 Stanley Cup Playoffs.
Saturday afternoon, the Blues defeated the Canucks 3-2 in a shoot-out to sit in first in the Central, but that was short-lived as the Blackhawks & Coyotes offered no support for the Blues.
Both the Jets and Predators won. That placed the Blues in third place in the Central giving the Jets home ice for the first round.
Both teams will begin play on Wednesday evening at the Bell MTS Place in Winnipeg.
