OVERLAND, Mo. (KMOX) - An Overland man is accused of drunkenly firing 115 rounds into trees in his backyard facing a city park.

Joseph Manley was charged yesterday with three felony counts of unlawful use of a weapon while intoxicated. A breathalyzer test showed his blood alcohol content was .148, court documents say, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Police say Manley fired the rounds Wednesday night into the trees behind his home in the 10400 block of Canterway. He fired three different guns, an AR-15 semi-automatic rifle, a FNH semi-automatic handgun and a 12-gauge shotgun.

His backyard borders Wild Acres Park in Overland.
