Over the past 24 hours, 85% of reported issues on Facebook were related to image viewing, according to downdetector.com.
A spike in reports started around 8 a.m. Wednesday morning, and the issues are affecting users worldwide, according to comments on Down Detector's website.
The website also found a spike in Instagram reports with 91% of them dealing with newsfeeds. Whatsapp is also affected with 72% of reports related to sending and receiving messages. The source of the problem is still unclear.
