Mozeliak on KMOX: Many moving parts in Cards' situation

JUPITER, Fla. (KMOX) - Sunday, the Cardinals' spring training facility was shuttered as it received a deep cleaning days after the coronavirus outbreak shut down its spring training.

Plans to hold informal workouts this week are in place, president of baseball operations John Mozeliak confirmed, although things certainly could change. It seems every day, sometimes every hour, there's a new piece of information that leads to Major League Baseball reconvening and communicating with its clubs.

"We have so many moving parts," Mozeliak said in his weekly appearance Sunday on KMOX. "We're trying to understand what's best for the organization, what's best for our players and staff. And at this moment things are moving at a very, very fast rate. Almost every hour, things change."
