JUPITER, Fla. (KMOX) - John Mozeliak says one of the first positives he's noticed about this year's St. Louis Cardinals spring training is how the players have seemily taken to heart their offseason expectations.
"You don't really want to come to camp and feel like you have these deficiencies because the clock is ticking and it's hard to make up for what you missed in November, December and January and I feel like just my first impressions of this camp are, players took that seriously," Mozeliak says. "And I know our staff did, because they were very diligent on that. But I think when you ask, 'What are we looking for?' It's, did we solve some of those problems as we lead up to here? And I think the good news is we have."
