ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - The National Weather Service says the Mississippi River fell below flood stage at St. Louis on Saturday for the first time since March 16th.
That's a total of 127 days.
During the Flood of 1993, the Mississippi had 104 consecutive days above flood stage at St. Louis from June through October, but logged 150 total.
Leonore K. Sullivan Boulevard is open for traffic, but note that the road and area are still a bit dirty from the floodwaters.
