"I'm an admitting clerk and most of what I do is admit patients that have already been registered for procedures. We have a lot of folks come in here from the free walk-in clinic and charities in the city. Some of those things are really limited in what they can actually do for a patient, so there's definitely a hole that needs to be filled. It's really difficult to get proper care when you don't have the resources. The free clinic tries. The doctors all donate their time and the lab has its costs written off. But a lot of patients end up coming through here to the hospital."
