FERGUSON, Mo (KMOX) - The child who was rescued from the pool at January-Wabash Park Park in Ferguson on Tuesday has died.
Police say the 10-year-old and at least one other child climbed over a 6-foot fence into the pool area. The child fell from the diving board into 7-feet of ice-covered water.
It's believed he was in the water about 20 minutes before police officers dove in to get him.
