ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - With a volley of fireworks and a burst of applause, the St. Louis Cardinals topped out One Cardinal Way Wednesday, marking another milestone in the construction of Ballpark Village.
For Cardinals President Bill DeWitt III, the 29-story tall residential building is the crown jewel of Ballpark Village. Thanks to an unexpected push over the Thanksgiving holiday, more than 50% of the 297 units are now pre-leased.

It will open to new tenants in June 2020.
The Cardinals and The Cordish Companies also announced that local BBQ favorite Salt + Smoke will open a new location at the base of One Cardinal Way.
