JUPITER, Fla. (KMOX) - Dylan Carlson is the best hitting prospect in the St. Louis Cardinals organization since the likes of Albert Pujols and the late Oscar Taveras. The Cardinals president of baseball operations says he's likely to make an impact in the major leagues this season. And the 26-year-old switch-hitting outfielder talks about his progression through the minor leagues, what he's been learning most through this Spring Training and how other youth sports made him a better baseball player.
