ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - They've spent the last six soccer seasons in the corner of the stadium at Soccer Park, chanting, beating drums, and cheering on St. Louis FC. Now, with the team folding, the St. Louligans are facing two years with no professional team to support.
"Disappointed. Hurt. A little angry" is how member Brad Demunbrun describes the group's feelings when the news of FC's folding was made official Tuesday.
Demunbrun tells KMOX the group's members will still be attending games, just at the amateur level, until
St. Louis City SC of MLS kicks off in 2023.
Yesterday sucked. But we are thankful for everyone that reached out with their thoughts and support. American soccer fans are great people.

August 26, 2020 "We will kind of spread out. I'm sure some people will fall away but, hopefully, we can keep enough of the core together and keep doing some of the good things that we have been doing," Demunbrun says.
The @StLouligans are some of the most giving people you’ll ever meet. We know many of their big hearts are broken tonight. Our hearts are w/ you all. TY for everything! Each of you has played a role in improving someone’s life. Let’s get those points this weekend! #KingsCup ---- https://t.co/3DT7e4GoIB

August 26, 2020 Those good things include traveling and raising money for charities.
"Taking road trips to USL games or MLS games just to kind of keep the band together," Demunbrun says. "Hopefully, we'll do some fun charity things and ultimately when we get to MLS we'd like to think it gives us a bigger platform and we can raise even more money for charity."
The St. Louligans have raised over $100,000 for local charities and was recently registered as a 501(c)3 nonprofit.
