How to survive working and learning at home

ST. LOUIS (KMOX)- With most of us working and learning at home for a while, how do we survive living and working in close quarters?

SSM Health, St. Louis University Hospital Behavioral Health Director Michelle Petrosky says for one, we should try to enjoy the time we have together. "It's certainly the time to break out the board games and the puzzles, the family movies, the things we don't usually take the time to slow down and do with our families."

When it comes to working at home, Petrosky says we should create a schedule and establish work areas. "I know there's been time I've been working on schedules and I had a kid doing math right next to me. I think to create designated work areas and certainly respect everyone's personal space during this time will certainly help."
