Laila Anderson-designed Blues playoff rally towels being sold to support hospital

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - The St. Louis Blues super fan and inspiration for last year's Stanley Cup Championship team wants to help everyone else bleed blue during this year's playoffs. She's designed a rally towel that's now up for sale, with proceeds going to back to the hospital that saved her life – St. Louis Children's Hospital. 

The Laila Anderson-designed towel can be purchased for $9, and for each one sold $3 will go back to the hospital. 

You can wave it from home while watching the Blues in the 2020 Stanley Cup Playoffs, hang it on the wall or give it to a friend.

Anderson was 11-years-old during the Blues run to the Stanley Cup in 2019 and was in a fight against Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis – a disease that is so rare, only 15 other children in the world had ever been diagnosed with it at that time.

The Blues are currently in a first-round matchup with the Vancouver Canucks and down 1-0 after a 5-2 loss in Game 1 on Wednesday night. Friday's game starts at 5:30 p.m. CT.
