ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - In the midst of an already historic season, the Maryville University men's soccer team will take to the field on Sunday Nov. 24 at noon to host Tiffin in the 2019 NCAA Division II Soccer Championships.
With 15 wins (15-3-2) on the season – second most in program history – head coach David Korn will roam the sidelines as the Saints become the first Maryville athletic team in school history to host an NCAA Tournament contest.
Maryville has lost only once at Maryville Field in the 2019 season. The matchup with Tiffin is the first-ever meeting between the Saints and the Dragons.
If Maryville wins, the Saints play either No. 2 Bellarmine, No. 7 Cedarville or No. 10 Wisconsin-Parkside Thursday, Dec. 5, at a site to be determined.
