ST. LOUIS (KMOX) — As progress continues at the new MLS stadium in Downtown West, MLS4TheLou is in a giving mood.

Owner Carolyn Kindle Betz posted a Twitter video, urging fans to dust off the old soccer ball. She wants you to receive a soccer ball from their right, then kick it to the left.

Betz asks you to post that video, with the hashtag #Meals4TheLou. Every time someone does, MLS 4 The Lou will make a donation to the St. Louis Area Foodbank.

Check out the video below!

Let’s play it forward, STL ❤️⚜--

For every video posted with #MEALS4THELOU, we will donate to @stlfoodbank ---- #StaySafe #MLS4THELOU #MLSUnites #STLMade4Good pic.twitter.com/RM7HqDjonr
