SACRAMENTO, Calif. (KMOX) - Reached by phone as she and her husband prepared to board a plane for home, a Missouri couple kept quarantined at Travis Air Force Base for two weeks are happy it's all over.
"You have no idea what's like to be going home," said, Peggy Jones-Koeling.

"I am going to wander throughout my house and touch everything and say 'this is mine,'" Peggy said, "I'm free. I can walk wherever I want to. I don't have to stay within a fence."
Peggy says about ten of the original 173 people quarantined at Travis were kept behind for another week of observation, because they were roommates of those who tested positive.
The ones who tested positive, she says, were removed to the hospital for treatment. And she had no word on their condition.
