MARYLAND HEIGHTS (KMOX) -- A pipe used to transport wastewater in Maryland Heights has broken. MSD says work to repair the force main near Creve Couer Mill Rd. and Highway 141 started around noon Monday. If you're near Caulks Creek west of Crystal Spring Drive, or Bonhomme Creek along the Monarch Chesterfield Levee trail you could be affected. Pump stations have been shut down to allow the repair work -- that means wastewater overflow in these areas is possible.
