ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Three more girls have come forward claiming Dominic Salvatore Yocco of north St. Louis County sexually assaulted them, bringing the total of potential victims to nine. Yocco is already facing nine charges for attacks on six different girls, including first-degree rape, third-degree assault, second-degree rape and first-degree of statutory rape.
Yocco, who prosecutors say lured young teens through social media, is charged with raping the girls at his north St. Louis County home between November of 2017 and July of last year. Police say the 19-year-old had sex with the girls while they were unconscious or without their consent.
All of his victims were between the ages of 13-16.
He has not yet been charged in connection with the new claims, which are being investigated by St. Louis County Police.
