
ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Police are warning residents in north St. Louis County of a possibly "armed and dangerous" murder suspect who appears to be on the run.
North County Police Cooperative says Theodis Polk, 28, of St. Louis has been charged in the fatal shooting of a 20-year-old man inside a home in 6400 block of Wellsmar Avenue around 5 a.m. Sunday. Police say Polk knows he is wanted, but appears to be on the run.
Polk was last seen in a white "late model Infiniti sedan" on Sunday morning.
His charges include second-degree murder, armed criminal action and unlawful possession of a firearm.
