Bon Appé-feet: Photo of 'Feetloaf' Halloween dish goes viral

(KMOX) - If you're looking for a way to make a common meal exciting again this Halloween look no further than the "Feetloaf." A photo of the dish recently posted on Twitter went viral with reactions to what looks like a pair of size-10 feet hacked off at the ankle bone. 

The Tweet from @Crash_The_King has nearly 28,000 likes and plenty of opinions. Some say he should be arrested just for making this and others are sharing photos of their attempts to copy it!

One of the very first posts about "Feetloaf" was in 2009 and the chef says she saw the design in a pamphlet while waiting in line at the grocery store. She used Brazil nuts for the toenails and has her whole receipt posted, here

Since then, many Pinterest pages, Twitter and Instagram posts have tried to copy or recreate the dish. One tip we've heard is to chill the meat in the fridge after assembling, but before baking.
