ST LOUIS (KMOX) - Dr. Sam Page has won the primary challenge for St. Louis County Executive.
Page was facing a challenge from fellow Democrat Mark Mantovani.
Just after 11 p.m. the results of the election showed 100% precincts reporting as follows:
Sam Page: 70,500 votes - 38%
Mark Mantovani: 54,858 votes - 30%
