Tempers flare over police at St. Louis County Council meeting

CLAYTON, Mo. (KMOX) — It was another contentious night at the St. Louis County Council on Tuesday. Rev. Phillip Duvall is calling for the removal of County Police Chief Jon Belmar. He suggests that they "make Lt. Col. Doyle the chief and change the culture" of the department.
