ST. LOUIS (KMOX) -- The little boy shot to death in north St. Louis Saturday has been identified, as 6-year-old David Birchfield III.
David was in a vehicle with two other children and two adults at Highland and North Euclid at about 1:40 pm, when someone opened fire on their vehicle.
The driver sped off to a hospital, but David didn't make it. His 9 year old sister was hit. She's in critical condition. A 7 year old girl and the adults were not shot, but the 31-year-old woman was hit by flying glass.
