KMOX's previous reporting:

As if having to close because of coronavirus isn't bad enough, a Maplewood bar and restaurant had its custom-made, wood-fired pizza oven trailer stolen over the weekend.

Tapped STL posted on social media that its 5,000-pound, four-wheel trailer with a gray and black oven was taken.

PLEASE HELP! Our wood-fired pizza trailer was stolen last night! -- We use this for events like Taste of Maplewood as well as other events. As you can imagine this is the last thing we need after having to temporarily close our doors on 3/16. PLEASE SHARE pic.twitter.com/4XbdsZYlpR

The restaurant, located at 7278 Manchester Rd. in Maplewood, is asking whoever took it to return it, no questions asked.

The trailer is worth about $30,000, says owner Ryan Reel.

Tapped doesn't have surveillance cameras but Reel hopes neighboring businesses can help.

The trailer was primarily used for big events, like the Taste of Maplewood, and can't be used for catering or curbside service.
