ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - A day after hundreds of thousands were left without power in Missouri and Illinois due to strong storms, the St. Louis area is dealing with flash flooding on Wednesday.
Photos and video are being shared on social media of the quickly rising floodwater on some downtown streets.
