UPDATE: Missing 19-month-old found by Wood River Police

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) updated at 12:45 p.m. - Wood River Police say the 19-month-old child was found just before noon, Thursday. The missing vehicle and woman who was last seen with the child were also found by police. 

There is no word on the condition of the child or the woman.

Police are searching for a woman who may have stolen a 19-month-old child and was last seen driving towards St. Louis Metro area.

Police believe 26-year-old Ashleigh R. Russell took the child from Wood River, Ill. early Thursday morning and was traveling to Missouri across the Clark Bridge just north of St. Louis. Police say the child, Azarah "Alex" Wohlert was staying with a caretaker who is known to the police department to have drug and alcohol problems.

Wood River Police officers learned the child and a black 2017 Nissan Altima was missing at 7:34 a.m., Thursday from 1547 Ladd Ave. in Wood River. Police say the last time the vehicle was seen was at 7:10 a.m.  travelling across the Clark Bridge into Missouri.

If anyone has any information or knows the whereabouts of the child call your local law enforcement or Call 911.
