On Wednesday's Tonight Show, New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski revealed that he got hit in the face with a full beer can while riding shirtless on a Duck Boat earlier this week at the team's Super Bowl victory parade in Boston.
"I was bleeding all over," he told Jimmy Fallon while showing off a nasty little scar near his left eye.
