ST. LOUIS, Mo. (KMOX) — Police are looking for help to track down a man who robbed a St. Louis hotel over the weekend.
The man entered Hotel Avyan at Lafayette and Jefferson just before noon Saturday and jumped over the front desk, armed with a handgun.
He ran off after taking money from the register.
Here's the description St. Louis Metropolitan Police provided: Unknown Black Male, 30s, 5’4”, thin build, medium complexion, tattoos on neck and chest area, wearing a black skull cap, sunglasses, light tan/brown coat, light tan/brown pants, and black shoes
Anyone with information about the hold-up is asked to call St. Louis police or CrimeStoppers.
