ST. LOUIS (KMOX) — A storm system is making its way through the St. Louis region this afternoon.
A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Chesterfield and O'Fallon, Mo. until 3 p.m.
Quarter-sized hail and 60 mph wind gusts are expected during the storms, along with an elevated risk for lightning.
The National Weather Service advises that torrential rainfall may lead to flash flooding. Never drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
