WATCH: Blues mega-bet winner gets to hold his $100,000 prize money

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - Ballwin native Scott Berry is officially $100,400 richer. 

The St. Louis Blues fan collected on his $400 Stanley Cup bet that was placed in Vegas when the team was in last place in the NHL. He flew to Vegas with his friend, who also won a modest $50,200 on the same bet, and Sports Business Reporter Darren Rovell, to turn in the winning ticket. 

Rovell shared video of the experience on Twitter to his more than 2 million followers, Tuesday:

Berry had his choice of taking the winnings in cash, check or $100,000 worth of Paris Las Vegas casino chips.

He decided to get $2,400 in cash and a $98,000 check.
