ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - You may have seen the ridiculous warm-up ritual that St. Louis Blues forward Ryan O'Reilly goes though before each and every game he plays (watch it here if you haven't). But the stuff his dad makes him do is even crazier.

Video was shared by the NHL on social media that was shot by O'Reilly's father, Brian O'Reilly who is a "high-performance internal psychology transformation coach." Apparently that means, he makes people balance on stuff that's not easy to balance on, while simultaneously doing things that are very difficult to do.

Including:

- Yoga on a balance beam - Juggling a rubber ball with a hockey stick, while kneeling on an exercise ball- Working out with a battle rope while standing  on an exercise ball

Yeah, it's crazy. See for yourself:

O'Reilly has consistently been one of the best forwards in the NHL in his 10-year career. Maybe this is why.
