This weekend expected to be first dry weekend in St. Louis in 10 weeks

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) —  According to the National Weather Service, the last weekend without precipitation in the St. Louis region was back in April.

The forecast for this weekend is expected to be hot and humid with temperatures in the upper 80s to low 90s.

A low chance of thunderstorms exists for Friday night across central and northeast Missouri as well as west-central Illinois. If storms do roll through the region, a few may be severe with damaging winds as the major threat.
