ST. LOUIS (KMOX) — Refunds could be coming soon for St. Louis Rams fans who bought tickets and merchandise before Stan Kroenke took the team to Los Angeles.
A St. Louis circuit judge gave preliminary approval this week for a settlement of a class-action lawsuit accusing the team of misleading fans about its intention to stay in St. Louis.

The proposed settlement would give fans a 25-percent refund of tickets and merchandise purchased from April 21st, 2010 to January 4th, 2016.
The suit was filed in 2016 by several St. Louis residents.
