St. Louisans Are Absolutely Roasting A Pro-Stan Kroenke Article on Social Media

An article written like a thank you note to Stan Kroenke isn't going over very well in the St. Louis area. It came from the mind of Yahoo Sports' Dan Wetzel and includes lines that would likely make some former St. Louis Rams fan queasy.

For example: 

"He'll prove to be one of the most significant owners in league history and be a major candidate for the Pro Football Hall of Fame."

Of course the article has made its rounds among St. Louis readers and it has not been well received.

Notwithstanding the fact that the "first tier" clause was the worst clause in history, it is unequivocally false that politicians weren't trying to get a new stadium for the Rams in STL. In fact, @GovJayNixon was prepping to issue bonds for it by fiat/French car. https://t.co/f6nOgKU2ps

"they were almost calling what they believed was a bluff to relocate to California"That is so incredibly inaccurate. Why did you write that? I get kroenke will be a hero in LA and a villain in STL. That's the way it works. But don't blatantly attempt to rewrite history. C'mon.
