COLUMBIA, Ill. (KMOX) — A three story apartment building in Columbia, Illinois went up in flames last night.
According to the Monroe County Independent, Columbia Police officers were the first on the scene on Agnew Street near West Bottom Road.
Officers knocked on doors to get everyone out. One resident was transported with smoke inhalation.
There's no word on the fire's cause.
