PHOTOS: St. Louis Wheel and Aquarium at Union Station set to open by end of this year

ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - The coming St. Louis Wheel and St. Louis Aquarium are going to be a "Christmas present" to St. Louis as both are expected to be open before the end of the year at Union Station.

The wheel and its 42 climate-controlled gondolas will be running in October and open 365 days a year. It will feature more than 1 million customizable lights to be able to perform nightly light shows.
