ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying the person who stole packages from a home in Tower Grove East.
The theft happened in the 2700 block of Louisana Avenue on Tuesday.
The suspect was described as a black male, wearing a unique USA Olympics jacket at the time of the theft.
