ST. LOUIS (KMOX) — St. Louis has one of the 25 most interesting webcams in the world.
You've probably seen it, the camera looking at the Gateway Arch from across the river, with a bench below featuring a bronze statue of a man sitting leisurely and looking on.
That man is actually Malcolm Martin, who helped found the East St. Louis park that bears his name and his statue.
