ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - NASCAR has officially released the 2024 Schedule for the Cup Series, with the race at World Wide Technology Raceway set for early June.
The Madison, Illinois racetrack will host NASCAR from May 31 to June 2, with the Enjoy Illinois 300 set for Sunday, June 2nd.
The date falls in line with the last two iterations of the race, with the race having been scheduled during the first weekend of June.
Among the other highlights of the NASCAR schedule includes the traditional two races at Kansas Speedway, a return of the Street Race in Chicago and an addition of a NASCAR Cup Series race in Iowa next year.
There will be be plenty of racing for Missouri racing fans as the races in Chicago, Iowa and Kansas all are within a 350 mile radius from St. Louis.
There will also be other racing circuits in the area as IndyCar will return to World Wide Technology on Aug. 17th. Along with that race will be the double races in Iowa on July 13-14 and of course, the Indy 500, its 108th running on Memorial Day weekend.
