ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - The Southeastern Conference has announced the opponents the Missouri Tigers will play in 2025, with opponents to remain the same as the ones in 2024.

The schedule will remain the same for the Tigers, with the team playing Alabama, Oklahoma, Texas A&M, Mississippi State, Auburn, Oklahoma, Vanderbilt, and South Carolina.

But the 2025 schedule will make the games home and home matchups in 2024 and 2025, meaning since the Tigers are visiting Tuscaloosa to play the Crimson Tide and the Sooners will head to Faurot Field for the first time since 2010 next season, the Crimson Tide will visit Faurot Field and for the first time since 2011, the Tigers will visit the Gaylord Family - Oklahoma Memorial Stadium in 2025, and so forth.

"We continue to monitor changes across college sports as they relate to future scheduling," said SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey. "Continuing with our current format for the 2025 season provides additional time to understand the impact of the changes happening around us as we determine the appropriate long-term plan for SEC football scheduling."

With Texas and Oklahoma set to officially join the SEC in the Summer, 2024 will be the first season the conference will get rid of the East and West divisions and divisional standings, with the SEC Championship Game featuring the top two teams in the 16-team Conference standings at the end of the regular season.

2025 will be a very busy time for the Tigers, while the program will see top programs like Alabama and Texas A&M all return to Faurot Field, another former Big 12 rival will return too with the Kansas Jayhawks set to reignite the Border War rivalry in football when they visit Faurot Field for the first time since the Tigers joined the SEC. That matchup is set for Saturday. Sept. 6.
