St. Louis City SC Owner, CEO Carolyn Kindle joins St. Louis Blues ownership group

ST. LOUIS (KMOX ) - St. Louis City SC owner and CEO Carolyn Kindle is officially now a part of the St. Louis Blues ownership group.

On Wednesday, the Blues announced minority ownership stake of Andy Taylor, an original member of Stillman’s group that purchased the Blues in 2012, has been sold to Kindle, who is Taylor's niece.

"Carolyn Kindle is a welcome addition to our ownership group. Through her work in sports and philanthropy, Carolyn has demonstrated a strong passion for St. Louis that is shared by our entire group." said Blues Chairman Tom Stillman in a press release.

"We are eternally grateful to Andy for his tremendous support of the Blues, along with his monumental contributions to the St. Louis region. Andy will always be a respected member of the Blues family."

Kindle, who is most known for her time as CEO of St. Louis City SC, also serves as President of the Enterprise Mobility Foundation, the charitable arm of Enterprise Mobility.

In addition, Kindle also is a board member of the St. Louis Sports Commission, SSM Health, St. Louis Police Foundation, Regional Business Council and Greater St. Louis, Inc.

In her role as CEO of St. Louis City SC, she oversees all operational and business aspects of the club, including Energizer Park and the surrounding district.

Kindle is the second newest addition to the Blues ownership group within the last 12 months. Back in July 2024, David Steward, who was an original member of Stillman’s group that bought the Blues in 2012 from Dave Checketts, have transferred his partial ownership stake to lifelong St. Louisan Michael W. Riney, who is the Founder and Managing Director of QRM Capital.
