ST. LOUIS (KMOX) - The St. Louis Cardinals Opening Day Roster for 2024 appears to be set in stone Tuesday afternoon after the club made their final round of roster cuts after their last Spring Training Game of the year against the Chicago Cubs.
On Tuesday the club made their final round of roster cuts, unsurprisingly sending down infielder Jose Fermin, reassigning the final non-roster invitee Thomas Saggese to Minor-League Camp and optioning reliever John King to the Minors with Rule 5 draft pick Ryan Fernandez.
