Monday night's Cardinals game postponed

NEW YORK (KMOX) -- Monday night's regularly scheduled Cardinals game from Citi Field in New York has been postponed due to potential wet weather.

The Redbirds and Mets will play a doubleheader on Tuesday instead. It'll be a single-admission event, meaning the same ticket gets into both games.

The first game will begin at 2:10 p.m. central time with the second game in the doubleheader to follow about 30 to 40 minutes after the opener. KMOX pre-game will begin at 1:15 p.m. on 1120 AM, 98.7 FM, or the Audacy app.

The teams are set to play a four-game series in their first encounter since getting into a bench-clearing scuffle last month at Busch Stadium.
