LOS ANGELES (KMOX) - It's not to the level of the Marlin's Man, but a new fan behind home plate in an MLB playoff game has gone viral. It was the man with a giant baseball head seeing during the St. Louis Cardinals vs Los Angeles Dodgers game.
The fan was shown throughout the game on the TBS broadcast, sitting just two rows off the field directly behind home plate. And of course, Twitter had jokes:

There's been no identity reveal of the baseball head man. We do know it's not a mascot because the Dodgers don't have one.
One popular Dodgers fan Twitter account believed it to be some kind of PR/marketing ploy. With the Dodgers advancing, maybe we'll see him again at the next game in LA:
